Mini Chocolate Cakes

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. Unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 Cup Granulated sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
- 8 oz./227 g Semisweet chocolate, melted
Directions
Make the batter
- In a Thatsa medium bowl, mix butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, and whisk until incorporated. Mix in cocoa powder and fold in melted chocolate.
- Divide batter evenly among Ramekins and place inside the Shielded Colander of the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker.
Cook and serve
- Fill water base/reservoir with 1Ā¾ cups/400 mL water and place shielded colander with Ramekins over it. Cover with Shielded Cover and microwave on high power for 10 minutes.
- Let rest for 2 mins, serve warm.
