St. Patrick's Marshmallow Treats

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 12 marshmallows
  • 5-7 drops green food coloring
  • 4 cups frosted toasted oat cereal with marshmallows

Directions

  1. In Daily Universal 4.2 Qt./4 L Stockpot melt butter over medium low heat. Add marshmallows and once slightly melted, add food coloring. Stir with metal whisk until fully melted.
  2. Turn off heat and fold in cereal until coated.
  3. Transfer to Silicone Rectangular Form and press down with Silicone Spatula until firm. Place in fridge to set for 30 minutes.
  4. Once set, peel back silicone form and cut in even portions. Serve immediately.
