Simple Black Bean Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ red onion
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 15-25. oz can black beans, drained
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Directions

Chop veggies

  1. In base of Supersonic Chopper Tall fitted with blade attachment, add onion, bell pepper and cilantro. Replace cover and pull cord until finely chopped.

Combine and serve

  1. Transfer veggies to small bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix to combine and serve with chips or as a topping.
