Ingredients
Base:
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 tbsp. heavy cream
Custard Layer:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tbsp. custard powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp. heavy cream
Chocolate Topping:
- 8 oz. semisweet chocolate squares
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
Directions
- In base of Supersonic Chopper Extra fitted with blade attachment, place walnuts and coconut flakes. Replace cover and pull cover until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and continue pulling cord until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to base of Silicone Tart Form. Press into an even layer and refrigerate.
- In Whip N Mix Chef, add butter, custard powder and half the powdered sugar. Turn handle on gear II until well combined. Add remaining powdered sugar, cover and then insert funnel. Add heavy cream and continue turning handle until smooth and well combined.
- Add custard layer on top of crust in a smooth even layer. Place in fridge to set.
- In 2-cup Micro Pitcher, place chocolate and butter. Cover and microwave for 90 seconds then stir until fully melted. Let cool 2-3 minutes.
- Pour melted chocolate on top of custard layer and smooth top. Refrigerate until ready to set. When ready to serve, use Large Spatula to cut into servings.
