Keto Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 1lb. ground chicken
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup low-carb keto pizza sauce
- 1 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh herbs of choice for garnish
Directions
- In medium bowl, lightly mix ground chicken with eggs, parmesan cheese and salt. Set aside.
- Melt butter over medium heat then add the ground chicken mixture and flatten into a full size patty. Cook for 5-7 minutes then flip.
- Add pizza sauce and cheese. Cover for 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted. Garnish with fresh herbs, cut into slices and serve.
