Keto Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1lb. ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup low-carb keto pizza sauce
  • 1 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh herbs of choice for garnish

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, lightly mix ground chicken with eggs, parmesan cheese and salt. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter over medium heat then add the ground chicken mixture and flatten into a full size patty. Cook for 5-7 minutes then flip.
  3. Add pizza sauce and cheese. Cover for 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted. Garnish with fresh herbs, cut into slices and serve.
