Homemade Pi-tarts

Ingredients
- 2 rolled up piecrusts
- 4 tbsp. of choice such as jam
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. milk of choice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- Roll out piecrust one at a time, on the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim.
- Use back of a knife to cut the rounded edges and make a large rectangle. Then cut this into four equal shaped rectangles.
- Add 1 tbsp. to each rectangle and spread into an even layer.
- Roll out remaining piecrust, cut in same rectangular shaped then top each portion with an equal sized piece.
- Close the edges with a fork then brush with egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile make glaze by mixing remaining ingredients in small bowl.
- Transfer glaze to Deco Pen and decorate pi-tarts as desired. Serve immediately.
