Hibiscus Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 q./2 L water
  • 2 cups hibiscus flowers
  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup honey (optional)

Directions

Make hibiscus tea

  1. Heat up 2 qt./2 L water and add hibiscus flowers. Bring to a boil and let steep for 5-7 minutes or until water is a deep red color. Let cool.
  2. Prep cooler

    1. Transfer hibiscus tea to 1-Gal/3.8 L Classic Sheer Pitcher and add all remaining ingredients.
    2. Stir well to combine and serve over ice.
