Ingredients 2 q./2 L water 2 cups hibiscus flowers 3 cups apple juice 4 cups water ½ cup honey (optional) Directions Make hibiscus tea Heat up 2 qt./2 L water and add hibiscus flowers. Bring to a boil and let steep for 5-7 minutes or until water is a deep red color. Let cool. Prep cooler Transfer hibiscus tea to 1-Gal/3.8 L Classic Sheer Pitcher and add all remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine and serve over ice.
