Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • ¼ cup strawberries, pureed
  • ¼ cup blueberries, pureed

Directions

  1. In base of Supersonic Chopper Tall place cottage cheese and maple syrup. Replace cover and pull cord until smooth. Transfer into Freezer Mates PLUS Medium Shallow.

  2. Add the berries and gently swirl into cottage cheese mixture. Seal and freeze for 2 hours or until set. Serve frozen.

-TIP: If using the SuperSonic Chopper Extra to make this recipe, double the batch by using each ingredient twice.
