Cookies and Cream Blondies

Ingredients
- ½ tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 14 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 cookies and cream bar, chopped
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Use vegetable oil to grease the base of the 2-Qt. /2L Ultra Pro Pan and set aside.
- In Thatsa Jr Bowl, add flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Whisk well to combine.
- In Thatsa Medium Bowl, add butter, brown sugar and mix using Classic Silicone Spatula until creamy and well combined. Add in eggs and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, in two batches, until fully incorporated.
- Add half the batter to base of 2-Qt./2L Ultra Pro in an even layer. Then add chocolate sandwich cookies in a single layer and then add remaining batter and smooth the top.
- Add cookies and cream chunks and sprinkle white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes and serve.
