Carrot Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tbsp. cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
  2. Place all ingredients in Thatsa medium bowl, seal and shake to coat.
  3. Place Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on metal baking sheet, then arrange carrots on top.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve immediately.
