Bagel Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 unsliced bagels
  • 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C.
  2. Slice bagels thinly into coins or ovals, about 1/8- inch thick. Transfer to medium bowl, add olive oil, seasonings and toss to coat.
  3. Place in Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim in an even layer and bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve as is or with dip of choice.
